Fundraiser will take place Oct. 14
Terrance Brennan and Waldy Malouf will co-host Chefs for Clearwater, an annual fundraiser to raise awareness about sustainability, food and ethics in the Hudson Valley watershed. John Ubaldo of John Boy’s Farm is the honoree and speaker.
The event, which will feature a five-course tasting menu, live and silent auctions and bluegrass music by New Breaks, will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
