The Cold Spring Water Department plans to replace a fire hydrant on Academy Street in Cold Spring on Thursday, Oct. 18, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. The rain date is Oct. 19.
During the repair, pedestrian traffic will be restricted to the west side of the street and no vehicles will be allowed.
