Adam Browne

Adam Patrick Browne, 29, of Gastonia, North Carolina, died Oct. 9, 2018. Among his survivors are his grandmother, Rose Pendleton, an uncle, Perry Pendleton, and a cousin, Briane Splain, all of Beacon.

Adam was born Jan. 24, 1989, at St. Francis Hospital in Beacon, the son of Shawn and Holly (Pendleton) Browne. At the time of his death, he was employed at Chaos Tattoos in Gastonia.

He was a talented artist and fulfilled his dream of working as a tattoo artist. He loved creating permanent memories for people. He also loved riding motorcycles and his dogs. In his spare time, he loved drawing and painting too.

Besides his grandmother, uncle and cousin, he is survived by his mother and her fiance, Gary Van Duyn, of Charlotte, North Carolina; his son, Korbin Patrick Browne of Poughkeepsie; an aunt, Penny Splain (Lenny) of Wappingers Falls; and a cousin, Carissa Splain of Newburgh.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Charlotte. Memorial donations may be made to The American Pit Bull Foundation.
