New York State Police troopers arrested James R. Howard, 28, of Beacon, on charges of driving under the influence. They said Howard was traveling on State Route 82 in Lagrange when he crashed.

After a traffic stop on Matteawan Road, Faatimah S. Ahmad, 28, of Beacon, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended registration and failing to signal a turn.
After a traffic stop on Main Street, Daijia E. Bean, 22, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.
After a traffic stop on Main Street, John E. Galloway, 22, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.
After a report of a disorderly individual on Main Street, Joseph C. Istvan, 57, of Beacon was charged with open container and exposure of a person.
