Friday, Nov. 23

After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Nicholas A. Picardi, 32, of Beacon was charged with three counts of criminal possession of controlled substance and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

A 17-year-old male was processed on a warrant and possession of marijuana.

Ryan Manzi, 26, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.

Sunday, Nov. 25

After an auto crash on Wolcott Avenue, Melissa A. Powlis, 40, of Beacon was charged with driving while intoxicated.

After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Angelo C. Anzovino, 25, of Beacon, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

John P. Lucas, 29, of Beacon, was processed on a warrant.

After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, Paul J. Mahon, 53, of Wurtsboro, was processed on a warrant out of Orange County.

A caller on Main Street reported the theft of money from an unattended stroller.

Thursday, Nov. 29

Andrew S. Wulfman, 58, of New Windsor, was processed on a warrant.

Peter J. Churchill, 29, of Newburgh, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Hector R. Colon, 19, of Beacon, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Friday, Nov. 30

New York State Police troopers arrested Michael C. Ambrosini, 30, of Beacon, on charges of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Rock Hill Road.

After a traffic stop on N. Chestnut Street, Kelvin J. Rodriguez, 31, of Fishkill, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Saturday, Dec. 1

After a report of a fight on Fishkill Avenue, Allison C. Moloney, 32, of Wappinger Falls, was processed on a probation warrant.

Reginald S. Evans, 47, of Milton, was processed on a warrant.

Monday, Dec. 3

Caller on S. Davies Terrace reported receiving calls regarding balances due on credit cards that he does not own.

Caller on Main Street reported an individual following her and becoming aggressive asking for money.

Caller on Church Street reported witnessing a hit-and-run crash.

Caller on Mackin Avenue reported receiving phone calls from an individual stating that her accounts were hacked and she should purchase gift cards to send to correct problem.

After a report of road rage on Lydia Drive, Doriano S. Magliano, 26, of Beacon, was charged with criminal mischief.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

A driver on Matteawan Road reported hitting a deer.

After a complaint on Blackburn Avenue, Jason C. Hughes, 42, of Beacon, was charged with dog running at large, dog license required and dog vaccination required.

Thursday, Dec. 6

Caller at Tompkins Terrace reported accounts being opened in her name by an unknown individual.

Caller on Main Street reported antique bench stolen from storefront.

Jaclyn S. Antongiorgi was processed on a warrant.

Friday, Dec. 7

After a traffic stop on North Avenue, Nikia Z. Dugger, 20, of Highland, was charged with imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

Emmanual Ramos, 29, of Beacon, was picked up on a warrant and charged with obstructing governmental administration.
