After a report of a suspicious auto on Tioronda Avenue, Ronzell C. Smith, 43, of Beacon, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and prescription medication outside original container.

Tyrone W. White, 39, of Newburgh was processed on a bench warrant.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Officers dispatched to Beekman Street after pedestrian struck by car.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Caller on Teller Avenue reported fraudulent charges on her credit card.

Sunday, Feb. 10

After a report of drug activity on Wolcott Avenue, Raequan L. Keemer, 23, of Beacon, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Monday, Feb. 11

Caller on Howland Avenue reported damage done to a fence on his property.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported handbag stolen from her place of employment.

Caller on Fishkill Avenue lost wallet resulting in fraudulent charges on credit card.

Friday, Feb. 15

Caller on South Cedar Street reported car blocking driveway and for snow-covered car parked on street 48 hours after storm ended. Overdue inspection and parking tickets issued.

Caller on Main Street reported a stolen debit card.

Caller on Colonial Road reported receiving a fraudulent check from employer to purchase office equipment.

After a report of an unwanted party on Hastings Drive, Lisa M. Mazzocchi, 54, of Fishkill, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, criminal impersonation and tampering with physical evidence.

Shawn N. Davis, 25, of Spring Valley Street was arrested for allegedly burglarizing the Christ United Methodist Church on Union Street. Officers were alerted after a citizen called from East Main and Liberty streets at about 1:40 p.m. to say he was following a man who had burglarized the church. Davis was charged with burglary, tampering with evidence, criminal mischief, petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Thursday, Feb. 16

Caller on Tompkins Terrace reported scratches and damages to his parked car.

Sunday, Feb. 19

Robert J. Riley, 19, of Newburgh, was processed on an warrant.

Monday, Feb. 20

A caller reported license plates stolen from his vehicle.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

Caller on South Davies Terrace reported receiving a credit alert that an account was opened in her name illegally and was going to a collection agency.

Kiam A. Gory, 29, of Middletown, was processed on an arrest warrant and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Nondey L. Croston, 46, of Beacon, was charged with two counts of theft of services.
