James B. O’Neill, 42, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant and charged with possession of marijuana.

Ashley L. Crawford, 35, of Wassaic, was charged with resisting arrest.

A caller on North Avenue reported money taken from his home while an individual was visiting.

A caller on Eliza Street reported neighbor was spraying weed killer into her yard. Neighbor advised to spray away from neighbor’s fence.

Wednesday, June 12

After a report of indecent exposure on the Dutchess Rail Trail in LaGrange, Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas B. Brown, 22, of Beacon, on a charge of public lewdness.

After a call from Duncan Street, officers dispatched a sick skunk.

Janine M. Verdile, 28, of Wappinger Falls, was processed on a bench warrant.

Thursday, June 13

A caller on Sargent Avenue reported fraudulent charges on his debit card.

Friday, June 14

After a report of a burglary on Union Street, Ryan J. Simpson, 25, of Croton-on-Hudson, was charged with criminal trespass.

Brandon W. Ferreira, 28, of Beacon, was charged with a violation of probation.

Edgar Ferreira, 65, of Beacon, was processed on a warrant.

James E. Greenly, 26, of Salt Point, was processed on a warrant.

Sunday, June 16

Officers responded to a bicycle / auto crash on Main Street.

After a report of a suspicious person on Main Street, Jonathan Yunes-Florez, 32, of Beacon, was charged with possession of marijuana.

New York State Police troopers arrested Erika E. Gibbs, 29, of Beacon, on charges of driving while intoxicated. They said she was traveling on Route 52 in Fishkill when she was involved in a two-car crash.

Tchorznicki

Monday, June 17

Alfred Tchorznicki Jr., 52, of Beacon, pleaded guilty in a Dutchess County courtroom to five felony counts of possessing child pornography. He was arrested on Sept. 19 by state troopers based on a tip from the state Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Tchorznicki, who returns to court on July 19 for sentencing, faces 5 to 15 years in prison.

Thursday, June 18

Jonathan N. Roman, 23, of Beacon, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

After a traffic stop on Main Street, Danielle C. Arce Johnson, 30, of Fishkill, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Friday, June 19

Richard Bosque Jr., 50, of Poughkeepsie, was processed on a bench warrant.

Luis E. Rodriguez, 30, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

William M. Valentine, 51, of Brooklyn, was processed on a bench warrant.

A caller on Main Street reported graffiti on the side of his building.

After a report of an assault on Main Street, Makiyia T. Reese, 20, of Newburgh, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Christopher J. Riley, 31, of Wappingers Falls, was processed on a bench warrant.

Monday, June 22

Andrew McDonald, 57, of Beacon, was charged with not having a taxi medallion.

After a call to Wolcott Avenue, Charlene M. VanTassel, 58, of Beacon, was charged with dog running at large.
