Training begins in December

Hudson Valley C.A.$.H. Coalition is looking for volunteers to help low- to moderate-income taxpayers at four sites in Putnam County to file their state and federal taxes.

Volunteers are required to complete 20 to 40 hours of daytime classroom and self-study education in December through the AARP Foundation, which is certified by the IRS.

Volunteers must also commit five to eight hours per week from mid-January to mid-April in Brewster, Kent, Mahopac or Patterson. See aarpfoundation.org/taxaide or call Linda Eddy at 845-475-7500.
