Truck takes out utility pole
A garbage truck that left Route 9D northbound near Belle Lane at about 1:30 p.m. on Monday (March 23) took out a utility pole and cut power to many residents of Cold Spring and Garrison.
Main Street in Cold Spring was dark as crews worked to restore the lines.
