Joe Etta, who turned 102 on Wednesday (April 22), was treated from his Parsonage Street porch to a 15-minute parade of emergency vehicles and well-wishers shouting, “Happy birthday, Joey!” “We love you, Mr. Etta!” and “Keep going, Joe!”
