It must be postmarked by today (Nov. 3) to be counted. Or you can drop it at a polling site.
I voted by absentee. Can I still vote in person?
Yes. Absentee ballots aren’t counted until after Election Day, so if you vote in person, election officials in New York state will void your mail vote.
Where can I see the results?
Check back at highlandscurrent.org after the polls close at 9 p.m. The results will also be posted below. However, the counting of absentee ballots will not begin in Dutchess and Putnam until next week, because New York allows them to arrive at the Boards of Elections up to seven days after the election, as long as they are postmarked by Election Day.
