Open to children and teens

Children and teens under the age of 18 are invited to enter the Desmond-Fish Public Library’s first kids’ dessert baking contest.

To enter, submit three videos (you can ask parents or siblings to help record).  The first video is to introduce yourself, your name, your age, and what you will be baking. The second video should include any portion of you preparing, baking or decorating your baked good. The third video should feature what the final product looks like, as well as someone in your household tasting your item.

See bit.ly/kidsbakoffregistration to register. Videos must be emailed to [email protected] or submitted via Dropbox or Google Drive by midnight on Dec. 11.

The show and award ceremony will be hosted by Justice McCray and Karen Thompson on Crowdcast at 7 p.m. on Dec. 18. Register to watch the show at bit.ly/DFPLkidscook.
