The rides installed each year by Powers Great American Midways at the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck may change, but the reactions remain the same.
The 177th fair, which ended Sunday (Aug. 27), also had horticulture, antiques, jugglers, robots, music, petting zoos, daredevils, caber tosses, magic tricks and a donkey and mule show.
