This is a full-time day shift exempt position working Monday-Friday remotely, with the ability to be onsite at our office in downtown Indianapolis, IN on occasion.

Job Summary: Share the story of Sigma membership through a variety of digital and print mediums. Develop, create, and execute marketing communications plans and collateral for Sigma.
Create and implement effective marketing and communications plans, including promotions, programs, events, and other initiatives for Sigma by adapting Sigma’s visual language across all platforms
Drive awareness through a targeted and compelling approach to email marketing, print, social media, and digital advertising
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute promotional calendars and marketing objectives that make an audience connection through visual storytelling
Identify and manage external partners (designers, printers, etc.) and ensure they meet performance objectives
Measure and analyze marketing efforts and provide regular reports
Manage digital assets and oversee image archives
Participate in the brainstorming of ideas for social media, website, and other marketing and communications projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, email service providers, website content management systems, and Google Analytics
Technologically confident and skilled in digital and social media
Basic graphic design skills and print production experience required
Copy editing and writing experience required
