Daral Reilly, 53, of Beacon, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and open container.

Saturday, March 2

A caller on Mountain Lane reported an abandoned car parked on his property. Vehicle was towed.

Monday, March 4

After a call to North Cedar Street, Ryan Manzi, 31, of Wappinger Falls, was charged with criminal mischief.

A caller on Main Street reported that her business studio had a broken window.

Saul Soto, 40, of the Bronx, was processed on a bench warrant.

Tuesday, March 5

After a report of a disabled vehicle on Wolcott Avenue, Michael J. Ciechalski, 57, of Wappingers Falls was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

A caller on Hastings Drive reported that someone had stolen money from him.

Friday, March 8

After a report of a disturbance on Franklin Avenue, Lawrence A. Woods, 23, of Beacon, was charged with harassment.

A caller on Main Street reported that he was a victim of identity theft.

Sunday, March 10

After a traffic stop on Verplanck Avenue, Moises D. Salinas, 26, of Newburgh, was charged with DWI and a suspended registration.

A caller on Tompkins Terrace reported a landlord-tenant dispute.

A caller on Main Street reported individuals left his establishment without paying the bill.

Monday, March 13

After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Jorge J. Ordonez, 36, of Newburgh, was charged with DWI.

Tuesday, March 14

William Z. King, 31, of Cold Spring, was processed on a bench warrant.

Thursday, March 17

After a report of a disturbance on Willow Street, Ryan M. Bahret, 22, of Hopewell Junction, was charged with disorderly conduct.

After a report of public lewdness on Main Street, Jonathan R. Troise, 39, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with exposure of a person.

Dutchess County investigators arrested Jerami Davis, 34, of Beacon, on four felony counts of selling cocaine. After being arraigned, he was released to the supervision of the county probation department.

Officers responded to a call for an intoxicated individual refusing to leave a home. Subject left residence.

After a traffic stop on Beacon Street, Denise A. Grey, 62, of Beacon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

After a report of public lewdness on Main Street, Brian W. Nichols, 41, of Sunnyside, was charged with lewdness, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Michael S. Horton, 35, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

Monday, March 25

A caller on Front Street reported being bitten by a dog.

Tuesday, March 26

Timothy L. Leggiero, 35, of Beacon, was processed on a bench warrant.

Thursday, March 28

Nicole L. Oberle, 42, of Beacon was processed on an arrest warrant.

Friday, March 29

A caller on Green Street reported that two dogs got loose and attacked her dog.

Saturday, March 30

A caller on Union Street reported paying a fee for services not rendered.

A caller reported being the victim of scam.
