Contribute your best shots of the town in its winter splendor
Over the next few weeks, Philipstown.info will collect high-resolution, color pictures from local photographers of local winter scenes and themes. We prefer pictures taken this year. The best photos (in our opinion) will be featured in The Paper in its color pages and on this website. Limit: three photos per person. Please title photo file with last name and photo location.
