The Putnam Hospital Center 2013 Medical Staff Directory, grouped alphabetically by medical specialty, includes the names, business addresses and phone numbers of the more than 360 physicians, surgeons and allied health professionals on the Carmel hospital’s medical staff; an alphabetical listing of all members, with phone numbers, follows.
