SUNY New Paltz professor to speak at Howland Public Library

Dr. Albert Williams-Myers, professor at the State University of New York at New Paltz, will present on the topic of African-American military traditions in the Hudson River Valley on through to the Revolutionary War.

This one-hour event is being held at the Howland Public Library on Tuesday, March 17, at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and no registration is required. Light refreshments will be served.
