Tompkins Corners event Sept. 26

The Tompkins Corners Cultural Center in Putnam Valley will host a flea market on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendor spots are $20 each.

The center is located at 729 Peekskill Hollow Road, at the intersection of Wiccopee, in a church dating to 1891. The church served as a community center for more than a century, hosting fairs and festivals along with religious services.

This will be the center’s first flea market and an opportunity for residents to stop by,  talk to the volunteers and find out  more about the center’s plans. Music will be provided by the Kitchen Table Band and Edukated Fleas, a ukulele duo, among other performers.

Vendors, musicians and anyone interested in the flea market may contact  the center to reserve a table or get more  information. Call 845-528-7280 or email  [email protected].
