Physical therapist will explain pelvic floor rehab

Karen Michella, a senior physical therapist at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital who has 13 years of experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation, will speak at The Garrison Café at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4, on menopause and its effects on the body.

Michella will explain the benefits of physical therapy to those suffering from urinary urgency and incontinence, pelvic pain and other pelvic floor muscle conditions.
