Philipstown.info/The Paper will host a forum on Monday, Feb. 29, with all three candidates for two spots on the Cold Spring Village Board: Lynn Miller, Barney Molloy and Steve Voloto. The free event begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Room at Haldane School, 15 Craigside Drive. The election will be held on March 15.
