For contributions to Putnam County community
The Putnam Community Service Network is seeking nominations for its annual awards for individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions in community and/or human services in the county. The awards will be presented at a breakfast in October.
There are 10 categories, and more than one nomination may be made in each. Download a nomination form and descriptions at putnam.cce.cornell.edu. The deadline is Friday, Aug. 19.
