Beginning Sept. 30, Living Yoga Studios in Cold Spring kicks off a Friday night series of focusing workshops led by Leslie Mott.
“Focusing is a simple technique to access the body’s wisdom,” Mott said. “It helps to integrate the body with the mind, gives relief from tension, stress and chronic pain, and helps us to be more attentive and friendly to ourselves and others.” The class will include gentle yoga, discussion and group exercises.
