Sukkah events begin Oct. 16

The Beacon Hebrew Alliance and BeaconArts will kick off the annual Beacon Sukkah Project on Sunday, Oct. 16 in Polhill Park. β€œA sukkah is a deliberately impermanent structure, with no ceiling or walls,” explained Rabbi Brent Chaim Spodek. β€œIt is built to enclose, but not to last.”

Free daily events are planned from Monday, Oct. 17 through Oct. 23. See beaconhebrewalliance.org/events.
