Gallery features tribute to river

On Second Saturday, July 8, the Bannerman Island Gallery in Beacon will open a group exhibit focused on the Hudson River with works by 25 artists. The show, called B.I.G. Hudson River Art Exhibition, continues through Sept. 3.

Located at 150 Main St., the gallery will hold a reception from 5 to 8 p.m. The gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
