Susan Scofield
Susan Scofield, 69, a lifelong resident of Cold Spring, died Feb. 12, 2018.
Born Nov. 20, 1948, in Cold Spring, she was the daughter of Hampton and Irma (Case) Scofield.
Susan worked as an infant care technician at New York Foundling Hospital and Butterfield Hospital and at IBM in its manufacturing department before retiring. She was also a nanny for many years.
She was an avid Haldane fan and rooted for the Blue Devils no matter the sport.
Susan is survived by her sister, Ellen Seidman (Michael); her sister-in-law, Christie Scofield; her nieces and nephews, Sarah Seidman, Stefan Seidman, Bess Amerman (Michael), Peter Scofield (Molly), Andrew Scofield, Vera Amerman and Thomas Scofield.
A memorial service will be held March 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott St., in Cold Spring. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Cold Spring Cemetery.
