Concetta A. Timoney, age 81, a lifelong resident of Cold Spring, died on Tuesday, Aug. 16 at Elms of Cranbury in Cranbury, N.J. Born on April 20, 1930 in Cold Spring, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Anna (Arrigo) Frisenda.  She was the widow of the late Edward W. Timoney, who predeceased her in 2003. Mrs. Timoney  was a retired executive secretary with the International Ladies Garment Workers Union in N.Y., retiring in 1969. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church and a local election inspector. Survivors include son Edward W.  (Mark) Timoney, III of North Carolina and daughter Maureen (Diane) Dynarski of East Windsor, N.J. Five grandchildren Hope, Abigail, Graham Edward, Anna and Emily also survive. 
        A Mass of Christian burial took place on Aug. 19 at Our Lady of Loretto Church, and was followed by interment at Cold Spring Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Alzheimers Association 2900 Westchester Avenue, Ste. 306 Purchase, N.Y. 10577.  Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Clinton Funeral Home.
