Saturday, Dec. 1 was a busy day in Philipstown, with visitors touring houses and historical sites for Cold Spring by Candlelight, ice carving and a holiday fair at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, and Santa dropping by various venues in town and ending the trip via fire engine in Cold Spring’s tree lighting at the bandstand.
