Registration deadline for citywide garage sale is June 3
The City of Beacon will host a city-wide garage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. A printed list of addresses for participating residents will be available at the Beacon Recreation Center and City Hall on the morning of the event, and each registered seller will be given a yard sign. The cost to participate is $10 per household, or three for $20 if neighbors team up.
Participants who don’t have space for a sale or a limited number of items to sell can set up shop at the Memorial Park Pavilion for $20. The city will provide an eight-foot table. A registration form can be downloaded at cityofbeacon.org. The registration deadline is Friday, June 3.
