Friday, Feb. 3
12:30 a.m.  – After a traffic stop on Eliza Street, Ryan Fanning, 24, of Newburgh was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to signal a turn, equipment violations and obstructing governmental administrations.
Monday, Feb. 6
9:10 p.m.  – Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported merchandise stolen from business.
Tuesday, Feb. 7
12:45 p.m.  – Fight reported on Fishkill Avenue. Report taken.
Wednesday, Feb. 8
3 p.m.  – After a traffic stop on DeWindt Street, Luigi DiGregorio, 53 of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with driving while intoxicated (felony), aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal a turn.
5:30 p.m.  – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Alma Aragon, 31 of Fishkill, was charged with possession of a forged instrument. Juan Simon, 41, of Fishkill was charged with forgery.
Thursday, Feb. 9
10:30 a.m.  – Police responded to Colonial Road and a 16-year-old male resident of Beacon was arrested for menacing.
Saturday, Feb. 11
12:30 a.m.  – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Julie Polanski, 40, of Wappingers Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal of prescreen test, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver and failure to signal turns.
12:45 a.m.  – After a traffic stop on Hubert Street, Elijah Paulin, 18, of Beacon was charged with operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, possession of marijuana and equipment violations.
3 a.m.  – After a traffic stop on Verplanck Avenue, Ryan Knapp, 32, of Beacon was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to signal a turn.
3:35 a.m.  – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Jason Pereira, 35, of Beacon was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and unreasonable speed.
Sunday, Feb. 12
12:55 a.m.  – After a report of a larceny on Colonial Road, Mark Lunsford, 55, of Beacon, was charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief.
4 p.m.  – Caller to headquarters reported a neighbor dispute on Barrett Place.
Monday, Feb. 13
6:15 p.m.  – Caller on Main Street reported cell phone stolen from vehicle while at gas station.
Tuesday, Feb. 14
6:45 p.m.  – Caller on North Avenue reported items missing from residence.
Wednesday, Feb. 15
8:45 a.m.  – Caller on Front Street reported items stolen from yard.
Thursday, Feb. 16
6:15 p.m. – After a report of a disturbance on North Cedar Street, Ivan Martinez, 26, of Yonkers was charged with burglary, unlawful imprisonment and assault.
