Open to residents of Philipstown

For the 57th year, the Cold Spring Lions Club will award a $3,000 college scholarship to a 2017 high school graduate who is a resident of Philipstown. The award is based on need, academic record and the potential to succeed. Applications are available in the guidance offices at Haldane, O’Neill and Panas high schools and must be returned by May 17. Applicants will be interviewed on May 25 and 26.
