It goes right in with plastic bags
Representatives from the Putnam County Health Department will be at Foodtown in Cold Spring on Tuesday, Nov. 14, from noon to 2 p.m. as part of America Recycles Day. They will distribute free reusable shopping bags and remind shoppers that the plastic film used to wrap products can be recycled in the same bin at stores where you deposit plastic bags. All large retailers are required by law to have them.
