Frances M. Walsh, 80, formerly of Cold Spring, died Jan. 11, 2018, at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh.
Frances as born on April 12, 1937, in New York City, the daughter of Pietro and Ida Bechelli. She worked for 38 years as a nursing assistant for the Veterans Administration at Castle Point and Montrose.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Walsh, and her son, Joseph Walsh; her brother, John Bechelli; her grandchildren Dana Carlson and John Carlson; and her great-granddaughter, Kelsey Carlson.
A memorial service will be held Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Loretto, 24 Fair St., in Cold Spring.
