The milling and paving of Main Street in Beacon scheduled for this fall is being delayed until spring.
The region’s heavy rainfall delayed contractors until at least late November, when it may be too cold for re-striping to set properly, explained City Administrator Chris White. The city plans to complete the project in late April or early May.
