Richard Bulson, 40, was charged with three counts of criminal mischief and three counts of making graffiti, all misdemeanors.

Police said that a suspect spray-painted the buildings on Sept. 21 with large letters and that they identified a vehicle. An officer pulled the vehicle over on Sept. 27 and arrested Bulson, who was given a ticket to appear in Beacon City Court.
