Official will speak at monthly meeting

The Southern Dutchess branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) will have a guest speaker at its monthly meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, at the Howland Public Library. Jody Miller, who became Dutchess County’s first Equal Employment Opportunity/Human Rights Officer in February 2016, will speak about how her office addresses civil- and human-rights complaints.
