First Lieutenant Dan Mannon, a Military Police Officer stationed at West Point, was the winner of the BMW motorcycle that was raffled off at the Garrison Volunteer Fire Company community open house picnic. The firefighters were overjoyed that not only was the bike staying close to home, it was going to a person serving our country stationed right here in the Hudson Valley.
