On Saturday, Aug. 27, the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall will present a program about the praying mantis, including a search for the insect, famous for its camouflage, in nearby fields and meadows. The program, which begins at 10 a.m., is $7 for adults and $5 for children, less for members. The museum is located on Muser Drive across from 174 Angola Road.
