Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 15. Northwest wind between 13 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 28. Northwest wind between 11 and 13 mph.
Local reports indicate that major and local area roads have been cleared.
MetroNorth reports service changes on all lines with trains running on a Sunday schedule. The NYC subway reports regular service.
