The Downstate Juniors VBC Aspire 13 Blue team won their first Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) tournament on Sunday, March 30, at Center Moriches High School. After placing first in pool play with a record of 6-1, 13 Blue played an exciting finals match, scoring 25-14, 14-25, and took the championship in a final set 18-16.
