Peter Ullian

Join local published author and playwright Peter Ullian as he presents a talk on his latest play, Big Bossman, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Howland Public Library. Ullian will read portions from the full-length play, which will contain adult content and humor, and talk about the process of writing it.

Ullian’s work for the stage has been produced off-Broadway, regionally, and internationally, and has been supported by production grants from the National Endowment for the Arts. His short fiction has appeared in magazines and anthologies, and he’s written screenplays for major and independent movie studios.

His play, Big Bossman, originally produced by the Cleveland Public Theatre, is available from Broadway Play Publishing, and his play, The Triumphant Return of Blackbird Flynt, also originally produced by the Cleveland Public Theatre and subsequently by Vertigo Theatre Factory, is forthcoming from the same publisher.

This event is free and no registration is required. Contact Alison Herrero, adult services librarian, at 845-831-1134 for information.
