Bruce Molsky joined by banjo and guitar

The Grammy-nominated fiddler Bruce Molsky will return to the Towne Crier in Beacon at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, with a new band, Molsky’s Mountain Drifters, with Allison de Groot on the clawhammer banjo and guitarist/vocalist Stash Wyslouch.

Molsky, whose previous collaborations with Anonymous 4, 1865 – Songs of Hope and Home from the American Civil War, was on the top 10 Billboard charts for weeks, is a guest on guitarist Mark Knopfler’s latest CD, Tracker, and is working on his third album with Andy Irvine and Dónal Lunny’s group Mozaik.
