The Philipstown Democrats will host a forum at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16 to discuss anchorage grounds that have been proposed for the Hudson River, including between Beacon and Newburgh. “Parking Lot-on-Hudson,” to be held at St. Philip’s Church in Garrison, will include presentations by Paul Gallay, president of Hudson Riverkeeper, Jason Baker of the office of Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and Erin Doran, a staff attorney with Riverkeeper.
