Assemblywoman to hold forum

State Assemblywoman Sandy Galef will host a panel discussion on the Electoral College on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Croton Library at 171 Cleveland Drive. The panelists, who will discuss voting reform, are Assemblyman Jeff Dinowitz, who sponsored the New York State National Popular Vote Bill, Hendrik Hertzberg, a political analyst and board member of Fairvote.org, and Jeanne Zaino, a professor of political science and international studies at Iona College.
