Restaurants will feature flavorful variety

Last year Glynwood launched a program with 11 Hudson Valley farms to grow the Long Island cheese pumpkin, a flavorful cultivar with a long history in the U.S. From Jan. 23 through Feb. 6, menu items featuring the pumpkin will appear at Hudson Valley restaurants, including The Roundhouse in Beacon, as part of Glynwood’s Kitchen Cultivars brand.
