Philipstown residents can dump up to 500 pounds at no charge
Philipstown residents are eligible to receive a voucher from Royal Carting to bring up to 500 pounds of garbage at no charge to its waste disposal center on Route 82 in Wappingers Falls. The vouchers are good for one use only. For anything over 500 pounds, the charge is 6 cents per pound. A limited number of vouchers are available at Town Hall, 238 Main St., in Cold Spring.
