Annual challenge starts May 13

Health Quest will kick off its annual Get Fit Hudson Valley campaign with a party on Saturday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Upper Landing Park, 83 N. Water St., Poughkeepsie. The Get Fit challenge awards prizes to participants who log workouts at GetFitHV.com and check in at more than 80 sites in Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster counties, such as Walkway Over the Hudson, All-Sport, and Scenic Hudson parks. Prizes include gym memberships and an Apple Watch.
