One reply on “Annual Little Stony Point Hoot is Sept. 10”

  1. There was a time when Little Stony Point was just there, entered by a path across the tracks to the beach. Enjoyed by local kids as it had the safest water on the Hudson. On summer weekends we boaters would anchor and slosh ashore for a swim and picnic lunch. There were no crowds at Breakneck.

Sadly, the hidden gems of Philipstown have all been discovered. Even my ‘steep’ driveway is challenged by hikers.
