On Nov. 7, New York residents will consider a ballot proposition to hold a constitutional convention to amend the state’s founding document, which can be done once every 20 years if voters approve.
On Monday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m. at the Mahopac Library, the League of Women Voters of Putnam County will host a non-partisan panel discussion of the pros and cons of the proposal. See mahopaclibrary.org.
