Master Gardeners to host workshops
Master Gardeners from the Cornell Cooperative Extension will present a series of six workshops on Saturday, April 21, at the Mahopac Library on solving common garden problems.
The event begins at 9:45 a.m. and the cost is $25 per person. Topics include managing insects and deer browsing, planting in difficult spaces and choosing the right vegetables to grow. Register at putnam.cce.cornell.edu.
